Delivery Rates & Times
| Nairobi (CBD & Environs) | 1–2 business days • KES 200 (free above KES 5,000) |
| Nairobi Outskirts | 1–3 business days • KES 300 |
| Mombasa | 2–4 business days • KES 500 |
| Kisumu / Nakuru / Eldoret | 2–4 business days • KES 450 |
| Other Counties | 3–6 business days • KES 550 |
| Remote Areas | 5–8 business days • Quoted on request |
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm on business days are processed same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation call or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Partners
We use trusted local courier partners for all deliveries. Tracking details are shared via SMS or WhatsApp once your order leaves our warehouse.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available, the courier will contact you to reschedule. A second delivery attempt is made at no extra cost. If a third attempt is needed, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Bulk & Commercial Orders
Special delivery arrangements are available for bulk orders destined for construction sites, mines, or remote operations. Contact us to arrange a custom quote.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
