Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on KOSCHMIEDER24, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Products & Pricing
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual item.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received or a Cash on Delivery arrangement is agreed. We accept M-Pesa, cash on delivery, and card payments. A confirmation message will be sent to the phone number provided.
Delivery
Standard delivery within Nairobi takes 1–3 business days. Delivery to other counties takes 2–5 business days. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location. Free delivery applies to orders above KES 5,000 within Nairobi.
Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Defective items are replaced or refunded within 7 days of reporting. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the item was faulty.
Warranty
Industrial and tactical products carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Batteries and accessories carry a 1-year warranty. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear.
Limitation of Liability
KOSCHMIEDER24 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
